Hi. I like this. Mr. Tophat's arms and legs were done in pen, so they expand to a larger size if they are to do so, unlike lines. French Mr. Tophat explanation: I made it as a joke version because as I was making the tophat, When I made the circle, I thought, Hey! This kinda looks like a beret. (Whatever. There are lots of spellings I think) So I made it. lol.
