click, space, W key, or up key to jump. Avoid the spikes. The harder the level the more the spikes. You will be congratulated when you complete a level. Level 1 has only 1 spikes, Levels 2-3 have only 1 and 2 spikes, and levels 4-5 have 1 spikes, 2 spikes, and OH BABY THE TRIPLES!
