None of these characters have any names , so I will just refer to them by their species, please recommend names, I'm tired and can't think of any, but please don't give me names that begin with A, B, C, D or E because that will hurt my soul :) Whilst procrastinating, a new planet started forming in my head. A planet full of anthropomorphic fish and other marine animals because the planet's magic core said "I'm going to influence the evolution of all the nekton animals" I have lots of lore in my head but I'm tired and want to speedrun a new reference sheet format so if you want to know some stuff then ask me or go to https://toyhou.se/The_Cyan_Bandit/characters/folder:2125199 because there's some information there but not a lot The planet is called Pelagos, after pelagic zones :) And the images: 1) Ivery the Electric Eel (he/him) 2) Eret the Black-Tipped Reef Shark (he/him) 3) Caspian the Red Lionfish (they/them or he/him) 4) Wynn the Bottlenose Dolphin (she/her) 5) Douglas the Sea Lamprey (they/them) 6) Marsh Periwinkle (any pronouns) 7) Litke the Fire Goby (he/him) 8) Myla the Giant Isopod (he/him or she/her) 9) Kara the Orca (she/her) Fun Facts: -Electric Eel and Black-Tipped Reef Shark are hella gay for each other -Electric Eel and Bottlenose Dolphin both have implants that let them diffuse oxygen underwater without having to come up for air (yes, the Electric Eel is an air-breathing species). Orca does not have this implant :pensive: - Fire Goby found out how to make fire under the water by encasing it in a bubble of air B) - Sea Lamprey is an epic detective B) - Red Lionfish thinks sea glass is very cool and sometimes uses it as jewelry - Marsh Periwinkle is a fungus farmer :D - Giant Isopod can use magic, because she was born very close to Pelagos's core. He uses this magic to find hydrothermal vents as they appear and die out on the seafloor. - The weapons on Orca's hands are the tusks of a dead walrus :flushed: And yeah, I want to make a new ref format because it will be easier to accommodate these fish people, so I'll start with Spectre later and we can see where it takes us :)
