Fixed by SpriteMaster. Press Treat to boost health by 25, press the water bucket to boost thirst by 50, press clean to get rid of poo, press the slime coat to increase that by 25. Everything will decrease by 25 every 15 seconds. credit to quint and Rissaroo25. Every 15 seconds, poo will appear. Enjoy!
