I've seen a lot of these lately, and I always wanted to join one, but I was either declined or it was closed. So I decided I'd just make my own instead uwu You MUST read ALL the rules, they are all important. ~Rules~ -gUyS please you can cut out some of your old part you don't have to use it all XD -In an improvement MAP, a portion of your part is your old animation, and another portion is a similar new animation that you make for the MAP. -Your part should be around half your old part and half your new one. Obviously it doesn't have to be exact, but please keep it as even as possible :) -Your improvment must be noticable. You do not need to currently be a good artist/ animator to join this MAP, you just need to have shown improvment from your old work. -Try to make your part flow as smoothly with the song as possible. Obviously this won't be possible for all the old animations, but try to make the new ones fit the song at least a little :) -Make sure you sure the same characters and the same storyline as your old part, or it will get confusing (Redesigns of the same character are ok, as that shows improvment in your designing skills, as well. For example, this thumbnail includes my old and new ref of Squirrelflight) -It can be fandom characters, OCs, real people, whatever you want, as long as it is ALL your own art and animation (having, like, some google backgrounds in your old part is fine, but you MUST use your own art for EVERYTHING in the new one :). the cxdwrd is inside) -NEITHER part is allowed to be traced -The intention in this MAP isn't to just remake your old animation, but if you can, continue it? So that it's a continuous scene instead of the same scene playing twice. If your old animation is a loop, then yes you may just continue the same loop in that case -There are shorter parts and longer parts, please pick one that your old part would fit for about half of -there is no specific deadline, but I WILL be checking regularly for if you have a WIP out.
