HOW TO PLAY: It's your job to turn all the city lights on. It's easy, just click a light to toggle it on or off. Okay, cut out the part where I said it's easy, because things are about to get complicated. Clicking a light also toggles all lights surrounding it! For example, clicking a light and turning it on will also switch all nearby lights. Good luck. You'll REALLY need it.
