Rules: -No copying other peoples entrys. -You can add some animation, like making the eyes blink. -The contest ends June 1st. -The winners are chosen based on neatness, color choices (either natural cat colors that look pretty or unnatural cat colors that look pretty), and maybe some other stuff. -Include the outline. -You can add different music.
