I made a voting project that only allows people to vote once (might have some bugs). Other projects say that you can only vote once, but you can vote more than once if you reload the page because they store usernames in a list and lists aren't global. The way I get around this is making a cloud variable which acts as a cloud list. Other people probably have done this before, but I haven't looked. Feel free to remix, but give me credit.
