Heh. Did you really think I was actually going to ruin him? Well, you know what I did with Rong, so... This is Cedric the Eccentric. They have a strange ability, and that is to copy others' sounds. They usually assimilate Kevin and Sunny, but they can also imitate Chester and Shawna, and rarely anyone else. They don't have a default sound, though. By the way, they're non-binary.
