New OC.... again.... yay.....
Yep, a... uh, remix. So I recently was digging through my old artwork on paper, and I came across this cat OC, Echo! Her ref (on paper) told me she is colour-blind, apart from a few shades of blue, so I just did the Colour meme to show her design, and how she cannot see colour. aLSO, I made a ref for her on the computer, look inside to see it! Credit to @Nednilclan... If only she was still posting projects... (plz don't make this a Ned crying section)
