I think most of the rules are quite clear to most people, so I won't bother writing them here (I might have missed some rules though, haha) You interact by clicking and draggin. To shoot the ball, hold the mousebutton and drag back the cue, then release the mousebutton to FIRE! This is pretty bare-bones since I really wanted to add multiplayer to it and decided to not work on it further until they added cloud lists, but now I'm working on a completely different thing and figured I'd never add multiplayer later anyway, so here it is.
