= = = feather’s design tos = = = - you cannot sell designs that i have traded to you (designs from otaps count as traded too) unless they have commissioned artwork, then you may sell it for the worth of the artwork. - older designs (pre-april 2021) cannot be sold for more than 200 points without commissioned artwork - please let me know if you are selling any of my designs! - you may not sell my designs for over 1000 points (off-base) or 600 points (on-base) unless there is commissioned artwork attached - you may colorpick from my designs, but please don’t colorpick more than 3 colors - please don’t heavily reference or steal my designs, or claim them as your own - please use a character at least once before selling/trading them! - you must give credit for the design when using it (even if you redesigned them, as the original design was still by me) - you may redesign any of my designs, but they must be recognizable - you may co-own any of my designs, although i do not allow co-owning my designs with me - if you don’t want any of my designs, i’d be happy to take them back! - you must keep the design for at least a week before selling, trading, or gifting it away. this includes designs that were traded/bought by/to you. - if we are doing a trade and i finish my side first, the cooldown time starts when you finish your part. You still may not trade the design before you finish your part - you may not draw nsfw/inappropriate art of any of my designs or characters without specific permission from me or the owner = = = feather’s art tos = = = - please do not heavily reference any of my art (taking pose inspiration is fine, but just don’t copy the entire thing!) - i will not draw any nsfw/heavy gore/any inappropriate artwork - you must give me a valid reason if you are unable to complete your side of a trade - i will not redraw my side of an art trade unless there is a mistake in my drawing of the character (ex. Missing horn, pattern is wrong, etc.), i will not change major details such as the pose, lighting (changing lighting color is okay), etc. feel free to leave a comment if you have any questions!
