---------------------------------------------------------------------- Part 3: A Card Battle! ----------------------------------------------------------------------(Megaman wakes up in another part of the net with the Navi? in front of him) Megaman: (Mad) What did you do to everyone else! Navi?: (Grins) Well... why don't you see for yourself! (Navi? pulls out cards that have the rest of Team Shadow except Shadow Woman trapped in them) Megaman: (Mad) Who are you! Let them go, and where's Shadow Woman! Rico: (Shakes his head) I'm sorry but, we can't do that.. or tell you where she is... Navi?: (Grins) I'm Choiceman the Curious, and I challenge you to a card battle! Megaman: (Confused) What's a card battle? Rico: (Laughs) Well, a card battle is when you battle whoever is in the set of cards Choiceman randomly chooses. After you beat those Navis they'll be teleported back to Net City and he'll choose to others. Choiceman: (Nods) Beat all of them and you'll be able to fight me and me alone. Megaman: (Nods) Alright I'm ready! Choiceman: (Nods) Let's begin! (Choiceman throws out two cards, one being Colonel and the other being Light Woman) Megaman: (Stretches out) Alright, Battle Routine Set! Execute! (Megaman starts out with attacking with two Shadow Swords, one hits Light Woman full on, the other is blocked by Colonel, Megaman dodged the reflection but Colonel still dealt half the damage, Colonel uses an IronShell3 chip on Megaman hitting him directly while Light Woman hits him with a Light Sword chip, Megaman hits back with a Murmasa Sword chip hitting both of the Navis, Colonel uses a Meteor Chip but Megaman dodges it, Light Woman fires an ElectricDragon Chip and it hits Megaman, Megaman is luckily able to finish both of them off with a BassAnly Chip) Megaman: (Breathes out as he recovers his HP) Is that the best ya got? Choiceman: (Shakes his head) I'm just getting started! (Choiceman throws two cards out that end up as Tomahawkman and Searchman) Megaman: (Nods) Alright! I'm ready to go! (Tomahawkman immediately attacked with a TomahawkmanEX chip dealing Megaman damage while Searchman hits him with a MegaCannon Chip, Megaman used the Murmasa Chip again dealing them the same damage they dealt to him, they other Navis both use Thunder Chips and luckily Megaman reflects them but not hitting them back, Megaman uses a TankCannon3 Chip on them while Searchman blocks the shots Tomahawkman gets hit by one, Searchman then hits Megaman with a SuperVulcan3 Chip dealing quite a bit of damage, and in a last resort Megaman uses the GrengarChip on both of them knocking them out) Megaman: (Huffing) Ugh... that hurt... why aren't you attacking when I'm most vulnerable? Rico: (Explaining) We may be villains, but that doesn't mean we don't believe in good sportsmanship in some terms. Megaman: (Nods) Right... (Choiceman throws out two of the last cards, one being Protoman, the other being Blizzardman) Megaman: (Ready) Let's go- Choiceman: (Shakes his head) You know what... I'll just make you fight Blizzardman. Megaman: (Confused) Why? Choiceman: (Explains) Well... let's just say you only recovered half your health... Megaman: (Shocked) What! Choiceman: (Nods) Yeah so... (Protoman turns back to normal) Protoman: Ugh... what happened... where am I?
Megaman: (Happy) Protoman! Oh thank goodness you're back to normal! Protoman: (Nods) Yeah- wait what do you mean? Megaman: (Shakes his head) I'll explain later, now we have to battle Blizzardman! Protoman: (Confused) Wait why? Choiceman: (Laughs) Because it's a card battle kid! Protoman: (Confused) Who is that guy!? Megaman: (Clearly done) Let's just battle already and ask questions later. (Blizzardman attacked them both with three AquaNeedle3 Chips with two needles hitting Protoman and one needle hitting Megaman, Protoman used a DeltaRay Chip on Blizzardman almost immediately hitting him, Megaman hits Blizzardman with a Lance Chip, Blizzardman hits back with a WaterDragon Chip hitting both of them, Protoman and Megaman finish off Blizzardman with a WaterSword and FireSword Chips) Choiceman: (Claps) Well, well, well, it seems as if you've improve since I've last seen you two. Megaman: (Nods) I knew it! You were the cloaked figure on the day we found Shadow Woman! Protoman: (Shocked) Wait... this is the White Cloak we've been wondering about for over a month? Rico: (Nods) Yes, and we would've capture Shadow Woman too if it wasn't for you meddling Navis! Megaman: (Understanding) So all this time it was you trying to capture Shadow Woman, but why? Choiceman: (Explains) Well you see because you've decoded the plans she finally knows the password, meaning if we capture her now then we'll be able to power the machine! Protoman: (Understanding) So this was all to power that machine shown in the plans! Rico: (Nods) Yes and with her we'll finally be able to finish that confounded machine! Choiceman: (Holding a card with her on it) Now I'm gonna have to go, toodles! (Choiceman disappears in a cloud of smoke)
