Description

--Change Log-- v0.5: - Special Powerups are finally here! including our beloved Remote Bomb! - Bombs are now limited to 10 - New Sliders to mess with - Reworked Explosion Tick to avoid potential lag (Albeit at the slight cost of perfect explosion visuals) - Collectable Powerup and Door are added! Their location can be seen when Debug Mode is enabled - An Editor that lets you Place and Remove Soft Walls (Removing Explosion, Powerup and Door is restricted) - Added VoiceLines in Party Edition Style v0.4.01: Game's not laggy anymore. No need to use turbowarp :3 (IT WAS JUST A SIMPLE FIX AAAAAAAAAAAA) v0.4: Still no powerup items and enemies but WE GOT SIDE-SCROLLING AND SOMETHING SPECIAL IF YOU PRESS "S". v0.3f: This took me 2 DAYS to make this OVER a minor update MMMMMMMM - Implemented modular positioning, meaning you can have any speed up to 15. Above speed limit causes bomberman to noclip anywhere even without debug mode. - Reworked bomb mechanic using clones for bomb tiles and explosion setup. Previously, each tiles handled these implementation that did not seem right with setting up explosion timings inconsistent between negative tile indexes and positive tile indexes. - The reworked bomb mechanics also tweaked the Bakuen Cross Fire (bomb explosion spam). v0.3e: (mooore minor update) Debug Mode now lets you have no collision against walls/bombs. v0.3d: -Improved Explosion Tiles -Added FirePower Scroller v0.3c: -Added Debug Mode v0.3b: -Fixed Explosion tiles that persist in the next level generation, which results Bomberman dying twice at spawn with an explosion tile. -Fixed stage not appearing after respawning thrice. v0.3: -Added "+" Explosion (not final) -Soft Blocks are now breakable -Added Soft Block Rate Scroller v0.2: -Added Bomb (+ sign Explosion not programmed) -Added death by explosion/button "q" v0.1: -Bomberman's movement is as playable as NES but not perfect -Generates low amount of Soft Blocks I've been feeling really ambitious to make a Bomberman game different from griffpatch's version, and it's mostly gonna be a port of the NES version. Despite my coding knowledge, it's a bit difficult to progress. I'm kinda proud of making this into reality, only in some parts that I was able to program. I could make it into a full game eventually. Thanks to griffpatch's Tile Scrolling Platformer Tutorial and his Bomberman Code Sources (which I ended up copying a few of his code though lol, but I'm giving him a credit) Links to his stuff: Tile Scrolling Platformer Tutorial -https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLy4zsTUHwGJIc90UaTKd-wpIH12FCSoLh
