Hi all and welcome to another rant Today I decided to share my opinion on arguments and hate accounts Lets start with arguments A typical arguments goes like this: Someone makes a hate account,a project going against what you think is right, etc. You get angry and comment something rude. The other person replies back with a rude comment. Unable to contain your anger you reply back and the cycle carry's on until someone reports your comments or you get perma band. Now that might be a bit extreme but, it is possible. How to avoid this? 1. Stay calm. When you are angry you may say something which you will regret later. 2. Instead of commenting, just report the user/project/studio/comment and move on. Never make a studio and invite all your followers, because this will probably result in more drama and the studio being taken down 3. If the user continues to be rude you can then contact the ST via the contact us link. Almost all ST members don't like people publicly reporting stuff on their profiles so please don't do that. The bottom line of that is please don't start arguments. They cause unnecessary drama and can result in people being permanently banned. Hate accounts: Hate accounts also cause unnecessary drama and hate. If you don't know what a hate account is, it's when a scratcher makes a whole account just to hate on someone. It's horrible and it's bullying. Please do not make these just because you dislike a scratcher. If you dislike a scratcher it's often best to keep it to yourself. If the scratcher is breaking the community guidelines just report them, don't make a hate account because then your just as bad as them. Also some scratchers make hate accounts against them selves for social experiments. I don't recommend doing this because your friends will probably think it's legit and report the account, which may result in your main account being perma banned as well. How to deal with a hate account that someone made to hate on you: 1. STAY CALM! It's best if you don't comment on their profile because you don't want to cause more drama 2. Report them. Report them and move on don't tell all your followers and get them to report the hate account. 3. If the user carry's on being rude, you can contact the ST via the contact us link. Please only do this if the user doesn't stop hating on you because the ST is very busy. How to deal with a hate account against a friend: Naturally, when someone is rude to your friends you want to defend them.
