Update 1 hour later: I found out the: "<!DOCTYPE html> <!--[if lt IE 7]><html class="no-js lt-ie9 lt-ie8 lt-ie7"><![endif]--> <!--[if IE 7]><html class="no-js lt-ie9 lt-ie8"><![endif]--> <!--[if IE 8]><html class="no-js lt-ie9"><![endif]--> <!--[if gt IE 8]><!--><html class="no-js"><!--<![endif]-->" thing is used its a source code that stores data and shouldn't be used unless they have an objective. I understand why they are using this and im okay with that :) Keep it up.
They've exposed their source codes. (which is good for javascript coders) If you cant read it contact me. Just by spamming your keyboard (and maybe trying different ctrl commands) YOU GET A PROJECT SOURCE CODE. view-source:https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/
