It’s a character designed by @-cafecat-, and I do not think she intended it to look like Sylveon (also sorry for spelling it wrong earlier)! Q: How did you do that? A: To put it short, I just coded it to switch between one costume to the next, and put a drawing on each costume so it looked like the character was smoothly moving! Q: How do I play?
