So for one year they're kits ( babies ) and near the end of that year they become teens, for the next year they're teens until near the end of that year, then they're young adults. They remain young adults for 30 years, then become senior warriors, after that at 80 years they become elders and can live up to 900 years.
Roles -- Alpha ( leader ) Beta ( second in command ) Delta ( third in command ) Warrior ( mainly a fighter and sometimes hunter ) Hunter ( mainly do the hunting and sometimes fight ) Apprentices ( apprentices are training as both a fighter and hunter, and their assessment says which role they are ) Healer ( they heal, talk to the spirits, and get prophecies and visions ) Healers in training ( the healer's apprentice who trains mainly in healer things but do learn how to fight and hunt a bit ) Kits ( pups, but kits ) Vixene ( Vix - een, why are they named this? idk it just popped into my head, it's the word for mothers ) Omega ( weakling of the pack ) [power] Starters ( the ones gifted with powers can have any of the roles above whatever they earn, but can also be called something where their power goes first and then it ends in starter, for example Leif would have the name Fire Starter and no matter what his role is that's a second role that anybody can also have as long as they have powers.
