Article 4- the Caucasian countries and Scotland will gain autonomy within their countries. Article 5- Russia must limit its military and cannot declare war on any nation in the next 10 years. Article 6- UK limits military to 250,000 men, 67 ships, and 100 aircraft. Article 7- North Ireland is given to Ireland, USA annexes Greenland. Article 8- Scotland and Iceland become independent. Article 9- UK cannot declare war for 4 years. Article 10- The UK cannot rejoin EU or NATO
