Treaty of Krakow _____________________ Article 1- Poland, Lithuania, and Belarus will form a union. Article 2- Poland will annex Kaliningrad. Article 3- St Petersburg will gain independence. Article 4- the Caucasian countries and Scotland will gain autonomy within their countries. Article 5- Russia must limit its military and cannot declare war on any nation in the next 10 years.
