If you get a higher number than the enemy, you annex as much of their lands as you want, or vice versa. you can annex only one country every 4 hours. Also i will run an rng for that too. if you get 5 or lower, you will fail to annex that country. if you get 6 and higher, you will annex that country You can only declare war once every hour You will be kicked out of the roleplay if you Don't roleplay for seven days Don't rage if you lose, Have fun!
