heyo! welcome to my rotating ota! this will always be open, and i will change the characters every month! an ota stands for offer to adopt! if you want to adopt a character, put an offer in the comments! these are not free! after a few offers, or at the end of the month, i will choose the best one and accept it! then, you will pay me for the character with whatever you offered. for example, if you offered 2 customs and a scene and i accepted, you would draw 2 customs and a scene for me, and you'd get to keep the character! - rules - - no guilt tripping! - use your own art/designs for the payments!
