Everyone on this community is thinking that using this site is the easiest way to gain popularity at it's finest. What they don't know though is that they are leading themselves to their unavoidable doom, thanks to this website being filled with immature users these days that don't even know what effort is, let alone even WANT to know what it even is. Yes, I am saying that being popular can be a huge bother on this site. The more followers you gain, the more exposed you are to being bashed on by loads of comments coming from crazy children, from advertising to even unnecessary hate. And just being fame-hungry is NOT going to help you in any circumstance. What do you do then, you ask? Stop what you're doing. Even if nobody wants to view your projects, do NOT go all out. Don't force yourself to expose yourself to the world of dangerousness. What you currently have is enough. Be proud and thankful that you have SOME support from the community, whether small or medium. Scratch is not a warzone for the top crown. The top crown IS the warzone. Don't go for it. But if you REALLY want to, then good luck on handling all those upcoming raids.
I would like to thank the person above for making me read all that helpful info into how you can become popular in the safest way possible. I think this should convince everyone that being fame-hungry is not the solution into being a good Scratch user, and I thank them for helping out. <3
