Bio for Neo (Neon): A small female that is shy to people she dosen't know, but can be very talktive to her friends. Likes making art, sculptures, music, reading, and is all in all very creative, She was left on a street (in some random city) when she was a kit, but was found by a group of alley cats who raised her.
