This is one of the scenes of Tristan and the Cat Mansion. The scene was called "Claustrophobic Barnacles". The scene starts with Captain Barnacles not sure he can enter the pipes because he is claustrophobic. So he tells Doshi his childhood about his experience with tight spaces.
