In celebration and addition to the announcement project (which you can find as my featured project on my profile) I decided to host a DTA. Since I don’t want to keep you sitting here for longer than I have to, here are some quick rules followed by some tips and tricks to help you along in the contest! Rules: 1) I ask that you please not commit any kind of art theft (tracing, recoloring, etc) in your entry! To add on to that, please don’t use the design you have entered for outside of your entry unless I say it is yours! And no using bases, either! 2) Be kind to everyone who participates, including me and yourself! Bullying or guilt-tripping will only get you disqualified. If you are legitimately self-deprecating, do you need a hug? 3) Feel free to enter for as many designs as you want! Although please let me know what your favorite out of what you entered for is so that I know what one you want most. Tips and tricks: 1) Write a bio, short story, lore, or a backstory! 2) Animate! If you use someone else’s code, please credit them, though. It can be PMV, frame-by-frame, an animation meme, etc. 3) Shade your artwork! 4) Add music! Be sure to credit the original artist, though! Now, my guys, gals, and nonbinary pals, the moment you’ve all been waiting for; the designs! 1) Cabin Creature: Where does it come from? Where does it go? Cotton eye Joe. Yes, I have been waiting to make that joke all day. 2) Nostalgic Friend: Who it reminds you of is up to you, but the memories are definitely there. 3) Deep Leviathan: You may find yourself asking “what” a lot in regards to this creature. What is it? What is its name? And what the heck is it looking at you like that for? 4) Shady Business Crow: Why is this thing here, and why does it keep trying to make deals and bargain with you?
