( DMC stands for Draw My Character ) So, it’s officially closed but I won’t finalize results until a couple days to a week, so if necessary, you still have that time to enter ANYONE CAN ENTER, no need to ask if you can, please read this description before asking any questions :) So here’s a DMC contest to celebrate reaching 5k here and 6k + on @jeila! Thank you for the support <3 Click, space, or arrows! I include references for my character/persona RULES - NO ART THEFT (no tracing, lightly referencing something is okay as long as you give credit to that) - REMIX this project - Keep the character recognizable, but feel free to take creative liberties! (More in depth info below) - Use any program/media you want (bitmap, vector, procreate, pencil, painting etc.) - Try to put your artwork in the thumbnail of the project - Be nice to others and yourself - Have fun :) MULTIPLE ENTRIES ARE PERFECTLY FINE, though try to put them in the same project … - Glasses/accessories are optional - Clothing can be changed, along with other accessories - Hair style can be changed, though try to keep the character’s wavy hair - Keep a similar eye, hair, and skin color, or at least make it close (greenish eyes, light skin, light colored hair) -Draw the character in whatever style, whatever pose or setting etc. :) - You can draw a fullbody, bust, face, doesn't matter (as long as her face is there xD) … TIPS - Be creative with the character - Add a background/setting - Give her some fun clothes, you can draw her as if she was a girl in 1900 or in the far future, the options are vast :) - Add your own music to fit with the art if you’d like, I included 4 different songs, you can choose which one you like best from those if you want - Try to make it mobile friendly (I mostly use mobile to view projects xD) … DEADLINE - MAY 8th … PRIZES (might change later) 1st - Full on art request (realism, semi realistic, anime etc.) Follow, 1 month (or more) shoutout, derpy icon and possibly more 2nd - Colored sketch (any style), Follow, 2 week shoutout, derpy icon, and possibly more 3rd - Simple sketch (any style), Follow, 1 week shoutout, derpy icon, and possibly more 4th - Derpy icon and follow, + project shoutout 5th - Derpy icon and follow (Since I’m taking a hiatus I have less time) I’m thinking of doing a top 15, though it all depends on the number of entries Honorable mentions will also be included in the results project!
