Flag and watch. Orange are food, blue are cells, red are viruses, green are infectors, and white (darker than background) are white blood cells. The food does nothing until it touches a virus or a cell, and will turn into the one it touches. When a cell and virus touch, they usually both die, but sometimes only one dies. They are not smart, running into the edges and into each other. There will be three cells and three viruses at the start. One food will generate every two seconds. Occasionally, food are masked infectors. and when a cell touches it, it will turn into an infector. (2% chance of this happening, also, if a virus touches it, it will turn into a virus instead.) When cells touch infectors, they become viruses. After 15 seconds, infectors turn into regular viruses. When food touches an infector, it turns into an infector... Also, if a cell touches food, it has a 5% chance to become a white blood cell. These will kill viruses when they collide, but they don't die. After 35 seconds, a white blood cell becomes a regular cell. Also, if a white blood cell touches an infector, it kills the infector, but it also (probably) dies. Better than becoming a virus. Also, if a white blood cell touches food, the food has 100% chance to become a white blood cell. Every three minutes, a beam will appear and convert some cells into viruses and just kill some cells.
Nothing!
