This is a self-guided workout. Before starting, watch the alien to see what to do. Keep some water nearby, and make sure you have plenty of space so you don't hit anything. Hold each pose for 8 seconds, then change into the next pose. There are three workouts, each focusing on either the arms, legs or both. Do one exercise, take a break, and do another if you want to. Each exercise is five poses long. The window with the instructions for each exercise will close after 40 seconds. These instructions are also in the comments.
