To change whether it renders you on your webcam or your backdrop image, go into backdrop and use on of the custom blocks. If you use webcam, stay VERY still. Press "C" to scan camera (webcam) Press "P" to scan picture (backdrop) Turbo mode for quickest results. After a long time... here is my complete image scanner and renderer!
