Alexa has given NEO upgrades so then he can save Rayven/QueenNEO from the captivities of NEO Metallix Sonic and so then she can be with her friends and her family, once NEO heard about this he was upset by what happened to his woman, Notes to others: Alexa is wearing her purple jacket over her t-shirt and NEO now has eyelids, a mouth, and a reploid/human-like feeling meaning he can get hungry or thirsty and Rayven/QueenNEO and her friends and family along with NEO's brothers and his other allies will also help him at that, he also now has a new look that follows his upgrades, he now has blue arms and legs. Also, Alexa wears her glasses when she needs to see what she's doing when she needs to read instructions, or when she's fixing/giving upgrades to anyone or anything that requires that.
