An area to discuss severe weather. Press 1, 2, and 3 to view the day 1, 2, and 3 SPC outlooks, respectively. ------------------------------ Today: An enhanced risk is in effect for Oklahoma, Texas, and Nebraska. The primary threat is large hail. Tomorrow: A moderate risk is in effect for a very large area from Arkansas all the way to eastern Mississippi. The SPC is expecting a major tornado outbreak in the south. If things stay the way they are, the SPC will be upgrading this to a high risk, something that has not been issued in nearly 2 years. The worst of this outbreak is expected to be during the night time and tornadoes that occur will be rain wrapped and very hard to see. Thursday: A line of strong storms will move through the east coast. Strong winds are expected to be the primary threat.
