Sebastian has somehow managed to break his game, walk him through the dangers of, (um... city vile? Yeah thats a good name) city vile, and reboot all of scratches servers. I liked making the first game with Sebastian in it, so I figured I would make another. -Side Note, the little fuzz that appears on the screen, and sometimes interrupts the music, thats supposed to be there. The idea is that it reinforces the whole, everything is broken.
