How to get the gear: (Licky hat:) there are a species of Licky lookalikes called the Licksters, and when they're adults they choose something EPIC to turn into, and a few choose hats because they can be cared for and stuff by an owner. (Wings:) Just buy some custom-made elytra from X-labs.
Abilities: can allow flight, can do a "lick of doom" that paralyzes enemies, can communicate with Lickys.
