Round 1: Ok, so basically all you have to do is read through these rules, follow them, and draw a picture of a penguin on the blank backdrop given. You could add music, change the background, but just make sure you have included a hand-drawn penguin. You can draw it in another program. Good luck! The deadline is 1st March and results are any time from 2nd March to the 4th, when you will know if you got into Round 2
Well I hope you don't mind that I've reshaped the shapes for my penguin using vector. @Spottedwoodpecker11 is awesome. I added a background with snow falling. I don't have very wintery music so there's no music. I hope you like it!
