WARNING:There IS text flashing red in blue, but it isn't screen covering, so if you suffer from epilepsy VERY badly, I don't recommend looking at the text.
ATLAST I make a Vector animation! ya know, it wasn't as hard as I thought it was. once ya get down the layers and such, its really easy to do! Perhaps I'll try some more...this is eventually gonna be part of a master sprite, but it will be altered slightly without the foot tapping...and will be combined with eyes closing.
