The colorization is achieved by stamping semi-transparent versions of the image with color effects applied to them. "Stamps" Is the number of semi-transparent stamps (of increasing transparency) are used. "Color change" is how much the color is changed between each stamp. 100 is the complementary (opposite) color. Note that color change values around 100 produce near-grayscale* effects, and the more stamps you use, the larger the span that produce this effect grows. * The sky of the cartoon town clearly shows that it isn't fully desaturated.
