This here meme is based on the fact that after you commit a genocide run it will have an effect on all future timelines no matter how many times you reset. So if you reset after a geno and do a true pacifist you see a picture at the end (like you normally do) of frisk and all her monster friends. But after a geno the picture appears with chara instead of frisk and all the faces of the monsters are crossed out with a red x. so subsequent to a genocide run a now corrupted chara will be possessing frisk's body =)
