Don't be mad if you don't win the character 5. The DTA will be closed when there's 15 remixes (Or more if this gets popular) 6. Don't use other people's art (And yes vector sprites made by other people count) 7. You can use any program you want 8. Feel free to make an animated entry if you feel like it 9.
