One day in Goiky, Basketball is playing a game called Truth or Dare for the Genesis. Since she knows how to dump ROMs, she dumps it and plays the game on a Genesis emulator on the computer in full screen. She lost all her lives, but she didn't lose all her continues. But, she clicks on "!" instead of "?" resulting of giving her an recreated Roblox Angry Zombie Face from Paint.net in a blank screen. Unfortunately, the cartridge is cursed, making a magic infection come out of the screen and going into Basketball's body, which makes her get controlled to lose her lighting parts. The magic infection will curse you into something disturbing, such as losing your lighting parts, turning you into a overseer smile (from Infectious Smile) or turning you into a slugged zombie (white body with green drool coming right through your mouth).
