[ q u i c k⠀ n o t e ] ~Hi!~ This is a maker game I've been working on for few months. :D Since I'm not the best at coding, that's what I focused on most, so I hope the code isn't too bad! This is modeled off of a few cool picrew icon makers and scratch icon makers I have seen. I thought I might as well share something here on scratch for those who don't have access to the professional icon program! If you have a question, please make sure it's not already answered in the instructions :) It saves me from doing a lot of explaining. Thanks! [ i n s t r u c t i o n s ] > select skin, eyes, hair, clothes, etc! > check if you can click on certain things! Some things are able to be edited by clicking on them. (You can only click on and change them when you are *in the matching tab.* For example eye color only changes when eye tab is also selected.) These are the things you can click on to change: ⠀ • Eyes—eye color ⠀ • Eyebrows—eyebrow thickness ⠀ • Hair—hair color ⠀ • hijabs—hijab color ⠀ • Hats—headwear type/size ⠀ • Shirts—shirt color ⠀ • overalls/hoodie/jacket—overshirt color ⠀ • Pins/safety pin—pin design ⠀ • animal in hands—animal type ⠀ • flag in hands—flag type ⠀ • speech bubble—what is being said ⠀ • Background—background color Remember: You can only click on and change them when you are *in the matching tab* > Once you are done, click the "done" button! > if you want to use this as an icon, you can either: ⠀1. right click, and press "save image as". Crop the saved image into a square, then change your pfp to the saved image. :) ⠀2. take a screenshot! ⠀⠀ • chromebook: ctrl+shift+show all windows ⠀⠀ • mac: command+shift+5 or command+shift+4 > if you use this as your profile picture, please credit me (@1-o-v-e) in your About Me or your What I'm Working On, if possible. If not, just give me a heads up that you're using it. Thanks! :) [ d o w n l o a d i n g ] > If you want to download an icon, press the load tab near the bottom of the selections. > Click "download" > If you want to copy the upload code you pulled up, highlight everything that shows up in the brown box, and press ctrl+c or command+c on your keyboard. When you want to paste it, press ctrl+v or command+v. If it asks you to specify another code in your comment, please do :) [ u p l o a d i n g ] > if you want to upload a code, press the load tab near the bottom of the selections. > Click "upload" > insert the group of numbers. > After submitting, if it asks for another code, please check if the comment said another code. I've been working pretty hard to make this. :) I'm sorry it's been so long since I last shared anything! I've been working on this for a while, but along with that there's been little to no motivation for projects I traditionally have been known to make (animations). I promise I'll try to animate some stuff at some point or another, but I can't promise that will be anytime soon.
