These guys make an appearance in Ultima Souls 3. The A.S. (Aligned Singularity) are a group that work for the Scratch team. Their duty is hunt down hackers, rulebreakers to the community guidelines, etc, and take them into custody or ban them. They are meant for many purposes that involve Scratch. The one in the middle is the regular guard. The one on the left is an Infantry soldier. The on on the right is a rainmaker.
