It uses Buizel’s head, torso, and arms, and uses Togetic’s wings, feet, and shapes. Also, it swaps the colors of Buizel and Togetic. Fun Facts: - I was debating on giving Ciel Hyper Beam. (learned by Togetic) However, I ultimately decided against it, as I was thinking, “A 10-year-old should NOT be able to use an extremely powerful attack like Hyper Beam.” - I wanted to name it “Mist” at first. Of course, though, Mist is taken, so I pondered over other names, settling on “Cloud.” However, THAT was also taken, so @Pikakit suggested “Ciel.“ - Ciel was originally going to have Togetic’s torso. However, when I tried it, just the bare outline of it looked much too awkward below the Buizel head. - For the color change, I originally intended for only two colors to swap. (blue - orange, red - yellow) However, when filling in the shapes, I screwed it up, and in turn, the orange and yellow originally on Buizel ended up filling two shapes originally of different color.
