once again Otter is on an edgy spree! the black stuff coming from his eye sockets is a substance called HATE which quite literally comes from hatred. one of his arms are robotic (*cough* arm lost in a fight *cough*) omg I love this male version of Karma Kagamine Rin Heart and Star please
