added a bit more detail so that i looks nicer, real proud of this ngl :) if you want me to not tween and just do it like animation, i can screenshot every moment if you'd like.
it's finally done reeeeeeeeeeeeeee so i wanted to animate wilbur saying "you're never gonna be president, tom (T O M)" to make it more dramatic but i was too lazy so now i need to do part 4
