Spartans will win because they have enhanced reflexes and have been biologically augmented, plus they have energy shields able to withstand 5 shots. If a well aimed bullet makes contact, a Clone can be taken out in one shot. I'm not saying Clones aren't cool, because I like Star Wars more than Halo, but I honestly believe Spartans would win.
