The Logistics Equation x = rx(1-x) I found it impressing how this simple equation can create with increasing r-values steadiness as well as - from a certain point on - cyclic processes up to quasi-chaotic states. So I thought it could serve as a base for this simple model which of course doesn't represent the real situation which is much more complex. But it may be regarded as a paradigm.
