So the idea behind the design for Cyan Neon? Well I figured a trident was too perfect of a weapon for the literal embodiment of the ocean and a storm, I mean...c'mon...and the dorsal fin and tail are there just so the form looks somewhat interesting instead of just a version colored black with a bright outline.
