When people say they don't see race as an excuse. Stop this, color blindness won't help. Plus, I bring up bias, because we all have Bias within ourselves. If you don't admit it, this is called Implicit Bias. Bias doesn't necessarily have to be negative. Bias is a tendency to lean in a certain direction, either it's in favor or against a particular thing. For example, there is gender bias, where men get paid more than women in jobs.
