This project needs some explaining, Decimal (Base 10) is the type of number system that we use (0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9). There are 10 numbers in it. Hexadecimals (Base 16) however, have 16 numbers (0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 A B C D E F). A, B, C, D, E, and F are numbers in the Hexadecimal system. A is 10, B is 11, C is 12, D is 13, E is 14, and F is 15.
